Cookie and Analytics Policy
How webanalytics.run stores preferences and gates marketing analytics
Your choice comes first
webanalytics.run does not load its own marketing Tracker, Google Analytics, or Microsoft Clarity until you explicitly accept analytics. Rejecting analytics does not limit the website's essential functions. Accept and Reject are presented as equal choices.
Strictly necessary storage
We store one first-party analytics-choice cookie for up to 180 days. It contains only your choice, the consent schema and policy versions, and the time it was updated. It is not an analytics identifier and is not used to build a profile. Authentication, security, language, and application-session storage may also be used when required to provide a feature you request.
Optional analytics
When configured and accepted, we may load:
- webanalytics.run's first-party Tracker for aggregate traffic measurement;
- Google Analytics with advertising storage, advertising user data, personalization, Google Signals, and Google Ads disabled; and
- Microsoft Clarity on eligible marketing pages, with advertising storage denied and form inputs masked.
Clarity is not loaded on Contact, Checkout, Auth, App, Admin, or Support pages. Missing provider IDs are skipped rather than replaced with another provider.
Change or withdraw your choice
Use Analytics settings in the footer at any time. Withdrawal immediately applies denied signals, prevents later provider loading, clears known first-party GA/Clarity analytics cookies and reloads the page. Withdrawal does not retroactively delete historical data that a third party received while consent was active. Refer to our Privacy Policy or contact us for deletion and rights requests.
When the processing purpose or policy version changes, an old choice is not silently extended: we ask again.
