Privacy Policy

Our commitment to protecting your privacy and personal data

Introduction

Welcome to our Privacy Policy. This document explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, and contact details you provide when registering or contacting us.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our website, including pages visited and time spent.
  • Device Information: Limited browser and device categories used for aggregate reports. Raw IP addresses are processed only transiently as described below and are not retained.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our services
  • To notify you about changes to our services
  • To provide customer support
  • To gather analysis or valuable information to improve our services
  • To monitor the usage of our services
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues

Website Analytics Privacy Signals

Our own marketing site uses a Basic consent gate. Before a visitor accepts, webanalytics.run does not load or contact its marketing Tracker, Google Analytics, or Microsoft Clarity. The footer keeps Analytics settings available for later withdrawal. Withdrawing cannot retroactively delete historical data already received by a third party while consent was active.

The webanalytics.run browser tracker does not create cookies and does not use localStorage or IndexedDB to retain analytics events. It does not store raw IP addresses. IP data may be processed transiently by the collection service for security, exclusion rules, and short-lived site-separated pseudonymous measurement.

When a browser sends DNT: 1, the tracker does not send analytics events and the collection service independently rejects such requests. When Global Privacy Control (Sec-GPC: 1) is present, we treat it as an opt-out from sale, sharing, and targeted-advertising use. We do not sell visitor data or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Privacy-preserving first-party aggregate analytics may continue because GPC is not a request to disable all first-party measurement.

Sites may enable Manual Consent. In that mode, events produced before consent are discarded and are not sent later. DNT/GPC values are not retained as analytics dimensions or used for fingerprinting. Our machine-readable GPC statement is available at /.well-known/gpc.json.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Third-Party Services

After explicit marketing-analytics consent, configured Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity services may process page and interaction data for site improvement. Advertising storage, advertising personalization, Google Ads, and Google Signals are disabled. Clarity is excluded from Contact, Checkout, Auth, App, Admin, and Support pages, and form inputs are masked.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
